Eccentric Customizing — Shipping Policy

At Eccentric Customizing, we take great care in preparing every order before it leaves our hands. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect.

⏱️ Production Time All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During peak periods, production may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delays.

🇹🇹 LOCAL DELIVERY — Trinidad & Tobago

Trinidad:

  • Flat delivery rate: TTD $50
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Local pickup is available — contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram to arrange

Tobago:

  • Delivery rates to Tobago are flexible and will be confirmed at the time of order
  • Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram before placing your order for a delivery quote
  • Estimated delivery timeframes will also be confirmed based on your location

Customers must ensure correct delivery address and contact details are provided. Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery timing and transit handling become the courier's responsibility.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination
  • Final shipping costs will be confirmed prior to dispatch
  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery
  • Eccentric Customizing is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once handed to the courier

📦 Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
