How Custom Orders Work
In addition to our original designs available in the shop, we also create fully bespoke custom pieces tailored to you. Here's what to expect:
- Submit Your Request — Fill out our custom order form below with your idea, colours, and any reference details.
- Design Consultation — We'll review your request and follow up with a design mockup for your approval.
- Approval & Deposit — Once you're happy with the design, a deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
- Production — Your piece is crafted with care. Lead times vary by product — we'll confirm your estimated timeline at the time of order.
- Delivery or Pickup — Your finished piece is delivered or made available for pickup, depending on your location.

What's the difference between your original pieces and custom orders?
Our original pieces are exclusive designs created by Eccentric Customizing — you can browse and purchase these directly from our collections. Custom bespoke orders are fully personalised pieces designed around your specific vision, colours, and requirements. Use the form above to start a custom order.
How long does production take?
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the order and current demand. We will always confirm your estimated production time before you commit to an order.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required before production begins on all custom orders. The remaining balance is due when your order is complete and ready.
Can I make changes after approving my design?
Changes can be made before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently serve Trinidad & Tobago and the wider Caribbean. International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon — follow us on social media to be the first to know when it launches.
