By placing an order with Eccentric Customizing, you agree to the following terms.
✅ Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full before production begins
- We accept payments via the methods available at checkout
- Prices are listed in TTD unless otherwise stated
🎨 Custom Orders
- All custom orders require design approval before production
- Once approved, orders cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted with your order
📦 Delivery
- Eccentric Customizing is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details — redelivery costs due to incorrect information are the customer's responsibility
🌍 International Orders
- International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- Eccentric Customizing is not responsible for customs delays or seizures
⚖️ Limitation of Liability Eccentric Customizing's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
